ShowMaker allows customization of a slide show sequence (using text screens).
Initiate the ShowMaker by typing: `SHOWMAKER filename' where `filename'is the
name of the slide show sequence to be created or edited. Do NOT use an
extension--an extension of `.SHW' will automatically be added. If ShowMaker is
entered without a filename, you will be prompted for one. If this is a new
sequence (filename.SHW doesn't exist on the disk), a new file will be created.
If this is an existing sequence, the slide sequence will be displayed and you
may add new slides, delete slides, or modify existing slide information.

  Entry selections available:
    1. Viewing a slide:
Center the cursor (inverse video) on the slide number and press the
[ENTER] key to view the selected slide. After viewing the slide, press
any key to continue. NOTE: if the slide doesn't exist on the disk, you
will be so informed. Also, the cursor cannot be moved to this section
until all information about the slide has been entered in all columns.

    2. Slide name:
Center the cursor (inverse video) on the slide name and press the [ENTER]
key to add the new slide or modify the existing slide name. If the slide
doesn't exist on the disk on the current drive and directory, you will be
given the option to keep it anyway. Press the [ESC] key to NOT modify
the slide name. With the slide name highlighted, you may press the
[DELETE] key to completely remove the slide from the sequence or press
the [INSERT] key to insert a new slide at that position. If the [INSERT]
key is pressed, you must enter all the information for that slide before
       proceeding to another.

    3. Slide display method:
Center the cursor (inverse video) over the slide display method and press
the [ENTER] key. A menu of nine possible display methods will be
presented. Use the cursor keys to highlight the proper selection then
press the [ENTER] key, or press the letter to the left of the selection.
Press the [ESC] key to NOT make a selection.

    4. Time on the screen:
Center the cursor (inverse video) over the time on the screen and press
the [ENTER] key. Enter a number between zero and 99, for the number of
seconds for the slide to be displayed (press [ENTER] for a single digit
entry). Press the [ESC] key to NOT enter the time.

    5. Border color:
Center the cursor (inverse video) over the border color and press the
[ENTER] key. Use cursor keys to highlight the proper border color then
press the [ENTER] key, or press the number below the border color. Press
the [ESC] key to NOT select a border color. NOTE: Only CGA monitors can
display the border colors, however this entry must be made regardless of
the monitor type you are currently using.

    6. ESC
When the slide sequence has been completed, press the [ESC] key to quit.
If it is pressed accidently, press the [ESC] key again or select `3' or
`M' (this returns to the editor). If you do not want to save this
sequence, press `2', `E', or highlight `2. Exit, don't save' and press
the [ENTER] key. To save the slide sequence, press `1', `S', or highlight
`1. Save to the disk' and press the [ENTER] key, then select a single or
continuous showing. This sequence will be saved using with the original
file name with an `.SHW' extension. The slide sequence can then be shown
       by typing: `SHOW filename'
