     online conference that you can join and take part in.

     Health Forum (GOODHEALTH) -- chat hour with staff members at 8:30 and
     12:30 p.m. every day; also, a variety of conferences beginning at 9:30
     p.m.: Alcoholics Anonymous and AIDS on Sundays; Al-Anon and parenting
     on Mondays; Sexuality on Tuesdays; disabled support group on
     Wednesdays; substance abuse and Overeaters Anonymous on Thursdays;
     trivia on Fridays; food intake management on Saturdays
     
     IBM New Users Forum (IBMNEW) -- 8 p.m. Sundays.
     
     Legal Forum (LAWSIG) -- 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays.
     
     Sailing Forum (SAILING) -- 9 p.m. Mondays and 10 p.m. Saturdays.
     
     WITSIG (WITSIG) -- 10 p.m. Saturdays, gabfest, jokes, puns, etc.
