Finger Blaster
Golden Freeza can fire a short 3-round burst from his finger with any Strong Punch button press, whether he's standing, crouching or jumping.
Wicked Launch
This arching eye laser launches the opponent into the air, by then pressing Up Freeza can chase after them.
Dive Kick
Nice, simple and effective.
Neo Death Beam
The Neo Death Beam is a more versatile version of his famous move Instead of a straight beam, Golden Freeza is able to bend this beam, targeting a much larger area.

LP shoots straight like a common Death Beam, MP makes it bend and curve upwards pretty wide (good for hitting opponents jumping across the screen) and SP makes it curve even harsher (excellent to catch opponents jumping or falling above you). You can chain two of these together in any order you like (the follow-up commands are merely forward+Punch). However trying it a third time makes a unique version come out, a Death Beam that Freeza shoots behind him which then arcs all the way around and hits the opponent in the back!

The EX version sees Freeza firing off a frantic volley of Death Beams, launching the opponent up. This volley can even sweep an opponent off the ground!
If you overuse the beams comboing into each other, a special overheat variant is launched which acts as a combo-ender.
Death Pillar
A tweak on Normal Freeza's Aerial Death Wave. Golden Freeza fires down a small energy ball, which erupts into an energy pillar upon touching the ground, which knocks the opponent into the air. The punch button's strength determines the angle of the energy ball. The EX version creates 3 energy pillars in a row. And, each EX version (LP+MP, MP+SP and LP+SP) has a different pattern.
Crown Shatterer
An aerial grab. Freeza attempts to grab the opponent and when he succeeds, spins them around like a washing machine as he drives them towards the ground on which they're then slammed hard.
Hell Flame
Having harmonized the energy within his body, Freeza can conjure up flames which give access to unique new moves. There are two types: Red Flames which represent his strength and ferocity (Intense), and Blue Flames which represent his cunning and telekinetic abilities (Delicate). During idling poses, these flames can be seen on Golden Freeza. You can combine Red with Blue, stacking up for a maximum of 2 Reds and 2 Blues.

QCB+LK 'A touch of intense strength' produces a single Red Flame. Repeating this action generates a souped-up Red Flame.
QCB+MK 'Calm as unstirred water' produces a single Blue Flame. Repeating this action generates a souped-up Blue Flame.
QCB+SK makes Freeza perform the new move which corresponds to his flame stock count. Let's walk through the selection of these:
0 Flames = Flame Feint.
1 Red Flame = Dual Red Eye Beams. Hits multiple times and carries the opponent upward.
2 Red Flames = Dual Red Disc. One hits the opponent in front, the other one loops back and hits from behind.
1 Blue Flame = Telekinetic Slam. Grabs the opponent from afar, carries them up and then drops them.
2 Blue Flames = Rock Shield. Freeza creates a three-tiered stack of rocks, which will hover towards the opponent if they get close enough. They'll explode on impact.
1 Red Flame + 1 Blue Flame = Destroyer Wave. Basically a large Bakuhatsuha during which Freeza himself is invulnerable.
2 Red Flames + 1 Blue Flame = Terrifying Tornado. Acts a large forward-moving shield. Will affect any Neo Death Beams you fire into it (as well as a few other attacks, and Freeza himself...) in a fun way.
1 Red Flame + 2 Blue Flames = Deadly Cage. He teleports behind the opponent to grab them, traps them in an energy cage which rides them against the wall and explodes. Note; it only works against opponents that are airborne.
2 Red Flames + 2 Blue Flames = Big Ball Supernova. Air-OK. Chargeble for stronger versions (hold Strong Kick, then release). You can steer Freeza with the directional keys while he's charging it up. Eventually he launches a huge energy ball forward.

Special note: All Flame moves that involve a Blue flame take away some Superbar meter from the opponent both on hit and on block (both Telekinetic Slam and Deadly Cage foregoing the 'on block' portion since they're throws).
